Sloppy Joes II

Reviewed on Jul. 7, 2008 by Conchmom33
This is so close to the recipe we have used for 4 generations. We also add 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of pickle relish. I frequently use molasses instead of brown sugar, but the original recipe has the brown sugar. This came from a recipe my Great-Grandmother cut out of the Chicago Tribune food section in the early 50's!

Easy Beer Bread Mix

Reviewed on Jul. 2, 2008 by SHERARN
Followed directions to the T and came out perfect! The butter pushed out of the pan when the bread rose while baking causing some smoke and clean up. Other than that mild inconvenience recipe was well received by my family. Thank you for sharing.

Snickerdoodles I

Reviewed on May 12, 2008 by nfernschuss
I have never had any Snickerdoodles before, but these were wonderful! I thought they were best right out of the oven. They're my boyfriend's favorite kind of cookie, and he loved them. I also took the added note from a member of sticking a piece of bread in a zip lock bag to keep the cookies fresh, and it really did help. They lasted a long time. This does make a big batch though, so make sure there is somewhere for them to go :)
