I made this curry the other night and thought it tasted pretty good! I did leave out the lemon and cayenne pepper as some other members suggested, but I do think the next time I make it I will add that and see where that takes me and see how much it differs, if any, from making it without.
All in all the recipe is easy to make and tastes great, the whole family enjoyed it and asked that it put on the remake list!
